hello people, we are still alive!
but unfortunately we are still on hiatus.
ari, our artist, is doing better than she was comparatively speaking from when we first started our hiatus, but she has begun taking classes by now and does not have much time to pump out panels like she did when we began this project
thanks to everyone for sticking with us, and hopefully we’ll have something to show for our gratitude sometime in the near(ish) future!

I must say... I have read the fic a while ago. like when it first came out. And I had no clue this existed. This is one of the few fics that has really gotten to me and I'm very happy someone decided to do a tumblr for it. I hope that things work out for you. ^^ Thanks for brightening my day!
as far as i am aware the fic came out after our brokenbridestuck fanadventure had already begun (unless there is another fic i don’t know of?). but yeah ari and i came up with this idea on our own, no other fan influences. :’>

Is john gonna die be a car crash? is Dave gonna do some research on the dinosaurs in the past to give to john before he magically finds a way to go back to the right time and stop john from going for a few minutes just to change the course in time? idk just giving some foreshadowing.
well, i don’t want to give any spoilers for the rare few followers who may not have heard the broken bride album. :’> i can tell you that we are definitely placing in several foreshadowing hints within the fanadventure itself.

i’m really sorry to inform you that bbstuck is going to be going on a hiatus
unfortunately, our lovely wonderful talented illustrator ari is going through an unbelievably challenging time at home. as you can read on her blog, her mother more or less had a temper tantrum and damaged ari’s laptop, making it impossible for her to be able to draw, not only bbstuck but commissions that she was depending on for financial purposes
we are unsure how long it will take for the problem to be fixed, and considering the issues going on in her life i don’t particularly expect her to want to jump right back on the bbstuck wagon when she has so many more dire things to worry about.
however, i promise you that ari considers bbstuck to be very important to her and she is not going to give up on it. it will just take some time to get back into the swing of things.
i don’t know how much access she has to her tumblr, but if you want to leave her encouraging words please do so. she is a seriously lovely, caring, passionate woman who is in an impossible situation, and she could really use some kindness to counter what she is experiencing at home.

i just you have so many little details like john being a paleontologist so they can go to the southern shore and look for fossils and the willow tree asjahdn i mean broken bride is literally my favourite album SO MANY FEELINGS WHY
i like that you picked up these details omg IT IS SUCH…. A GOOD ALBUM
and while ok listening to the album/knowing what it’s about is basically spoiling you for major parts of this fanadventure it does not detract from the fact that Broken Bride is clearly a masterful work of art, music and heartbreaking SAD

Oh my god. Alright, so, first of all, thank you for redirecting everyone to that Rock Opera. I somehow missed it before. It's amazing. Second of all, my heart feels like it was torn in two. I was imagining it with Dave the entire time and ahhhhh oh my god. This is such a huge project and just. Guh. Thank you. <3
GOD YES this is such a huge project we are doing, and one we intend to see through all the way! While listening to the entirety of the Broken Bride album now may sort of spoil you for things that are to come, we’ll do our best to tell the story the way we want to (poor dave though fhgf), and we hope you’ll stick around for the ride! ;v;<3
haha, oh my god. i started reading this and was like 'why does broken bride sound so familiar' and just kept reading... and then the panel with all the light in the window reminded me of the song and then i cried because sads, all of them. regardless though i think you guys are doing a really ace job, and even if you do crush my heart i'll love this all the same
